Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'envergure en partenariat avec des marques emblématiques et des visionnaires de l’industrie québécoise

Relevant directement du Président, en tant que Directeur.trice des finances vous jouerez un rôle clé dans les décisions stratégiques de l’organisation. Vous aurez comme principale responsabilité l’implantation d’une culture de gestion par les chiffres au sein de l’équipe de direction, de la performance financière et de la surveillance de l’EBITDA.

Préparer les rapports d’analyse, les états financiers et de gestion.
Coordonner et effectuer la planification financière et effectuer les corrections au besoin.
Assurer la recherche et l’obtention de subventions et crédits d’impôts ou autres programmes d’aide financière.
Définir les normes de rentabilité et assurer le contrôle et l’optimisation des coûts.
Embaucher, former et gérer le personnel du département de finance et de comptabilité (contrôleur et commis actuellement).
Baccalauréat en finance ou comptabilité;
~ Titre CPA ou CFA un atout;
~Maîtrise de la suite Office et Maîtrise d’Excel.


Salaire compétitif : 85k-150k selon l'expérience;
~ Horaires flexibles;
~ 3 à 4 semaines de vacances.
