Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within Canada. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets focused on hunting and closing new accounts. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth. Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, using data‑driven insights to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven track record in SaaS sales and experience hunting and acquiring net new accounts. Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or EAD Card holder and required to travel in Canada and the U.S. to visit customers. Experience as part of President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Achiever’s Club, Platinum Club, or similar high‑performance sales recognition.
