We are generating significant revenue, well-funded by Silicon Valley investors, and growing extremely fast.Our vision is much bigger, and we're looking for incredible people to join our team and make an impact.What You’ll Do:You will lead the architecture and implementation of our AI infrastructure powering the next generation of autonomous agents. You'll make strategic decisions about our AI stack, own our prompt management system, and build evaluation frameworks that ensure we can scale our AI capabilities while maintaining high quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Architect production AI systems using Sonnet-3.5, GPT-4o, and othersDesign and implement robust prompt management in BraintrustDevelop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI quality in BraintrustLead AI infrastructure decisions and vendor selectionsEstablish best practices for prompt engineering and versioningBuild agent orchestration and monitoring systemsSet technical direction for AI capabilitiesMentor team members on AI engineering practicesDrive continuous improvement through data-driven evaluationQualifications:Extensive experience building production LLM applicationsDeep expertise with modern AI models and infrastructuresStrong track record of shipping reliable AI systemsExperience with prompt engineering at scaleHistory of making successful AI architecture decisionsExperience with Javascript and API developmentProven ability to mentor and grow AI engineering capabilities7+ years of relevant software engineering experienceWhy Join Us?At Durable, we’re committed to creating an environment where you can thrive.
