If you have strong roofing expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality, we want you on our team.ResponsibilitiesConduct roof pre-inspections to assess project needsMeasure, cut, and prepare materials for roofing projectsInstall various roofing systems, including shingles, metal, and flat roofsRepair, replace, or seal areas to ensure roofs are watertight on residential and commercial buildingsOversee and direct crew members for safe, efficient, and high-quality workCommunicate regularly with the Project Manager, providing updates and recommendationsCalculate material needs and submit accurate material request sheetsInteract professionally with clients, addressing concerns promptlyManage site set-up, ongoing work, and cleanup upon project completionRequirementsProven experience as a roofer with hands-on expertise in multiple roofing systemsSkilled in carpentry and other trade workStrong knowledge of power and hand tools, with experience erecting and dismantling stagingCSA-approved safety toe bootsPhysical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditionsStrong commitment to safety, following all guidelinesEffective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsLeadership ability to motivate and guide crew membersExcellent communication and client-focused approachReliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions preciselyValid driver’s license Class 5 and Criminal record clearanceBenefitsCompetitive CompensationManulife Extended Health CoverageRRSP ContributionGoodlife Fitness Discounts and MoreUniform program and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
