This position is a full-time, fixed-term role working 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, ending January 2027. If you have a passion for style and helping customers find their perfect fit, as well as experience in retail customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store Communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem‑solving skills What Do You Bring?
