These values guide our diversity and inclusion efforts to maintain a respectful and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities Deliver front‑line customer service for commercial lines policies. Retain and develop existing accounts; handle needs assessments, recommend solutions, process renewals, and conduct care calls. Generate new business through calls, letters, walk‑ins, and outreach. Quote new business and write policies for existing and new clients. Contact underwriters and adjusters to discuss policy guidelines. Prepare documentation, complete applications, issue certificates, process changes, and review renewals. Maintain knowledge of underwriting rules and workflow processes. Participate in training and community marketing initiatives. Qualifications High school and/or post‑secondary education. Previous commercial insurance experience is an asset. AIC Level I or II General Insurance License. Proficiency with EPIC software. Proficiency with Cisco Finesse. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous sales experience is an asset. Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
