Our d’Klub Mentoring Programme is one of CCSS’s flagship initiatives. Through mentorship, life skills, and meaningful relationships, we help children and youths discover their potential and thrive in school and in life. We seek a servant leader who serves with humility, a heart for people and someone who fosters strong relationships through integrity and love. Key Responsibilities Volunteer Management Recruit, orient, train, and guide new volunteers to ensure meaningful involvement Build strong volunteer relationships through regular updates, feedback, and support Plan and lead engaging activities such as annual retreats and appreciation events Monitor and evaluate volunteer contributions, implementing improvements where needed d’Klub Programme Engage and mentor children through tuition, character‑building lessons, and life‑skills activities Design and execute curriculum and activities with volunteers Organise outings and experiential learning opportunities for both children and volunteers Conduct home visits to support families, assess beneficiaries’ progress and prepare home visit reports. Collaborate with schools, parents, and community partners to ensure holistic support Other Contributions Assist beneficiaries with administrative support such as financial assistance applications when required Provide administrative and programme support to the Care Youth Department Take on other duties as assigned to contribute to the growth of CCSS programmes Competencies Personality and skills Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with children, youths, volunteers, and partners with empathy Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with care A reliable team player who also thrives working independently A servant leader who leads with humility, integrity and love Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Qualifications Degree holder, preferably in Social Sciences or related fields At least 1 year of experience in community services or working with children and youths Available to work full‑day on Saturdays (essential for programme activities) Position Summary As a Programme Executive (d’Klub), you will play a vital role in shaping young lives by coordinating volunteers, managing centre operations, and delivering impactful mentoring programmes.
