Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassador (On-Call) (French Services) Join us as a Brand Ambassador (On-Call) (French Services) at CBC/Radio-Canada. Position overview: We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful professionals to support our Marketing & Communications team in organizing and hosting Radio‑Canada brand activations and community events in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Key Responsibilities Support the team in developing and operationalizing outreach activities and partnerships, including project planning and execution. Coordinate project logistics and guide programming and technical teams in developing specials and remotes. Take part in off‑site activities to promote Radio‑Canada mainly to a French‑speaking audience, preparing, transporting and setting up equipment, distributing promotional material, and engaging attendees. Create a memorable experience for Canadians and manage relationships with partners. Analyze results of activities, produce reports, compile statistics on audience and staff feedback. Create and update databases, maintain records and archives of programs, outreach experiences and partnerships. Field inquiries, find requested information and respond to audience and staff comments. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of two (2) years of related experience demonstrating excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and writing skills. Energy, enthusiasm, resourcefulness, proactiveness and trustworthiness. Comfort interacting with people of all ages. Fluently bilingual: French and English. Valid driver’s licence in the province. Ability to travel across the Northwest Territories. Nice to Have Experience as an audience wrangler. Knowledge or education in marketing communications, sales, theatre, film studies or related fields. Knowledge of the media environment and Radio‑Canada’s competitive advantages. Employment Details Employment type: Part‑time, Temporary Short‑Term (Durée déterminée). Primary location: 5002 Forrest Drive, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, X1A 2A9. Work schedule: Part time.
