Key Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing support and training to HR teams
• Optimize business processes through Workday
• Lead documentation of processes and best practices
• Manage internal communications regarding system changes
• Conduct audits to maintain data integrity standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of Workday experience
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Proven problem-solving and change management abilities
