OverviewWe are Systematix and we are currently looking for a senior Penetration Testing Analyst for our client. This is a long contract, 100% onsite in Regina, SK.About the ProjectSystematix is supporting a Government of Saskatchewan cybersecurity initiative within the Cyber Security and Risk Management (CSRM) Branch. The project focuses on strengthening enterprise security through penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security advisory services across government systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role exists to support proactive risk identification, remediation planning, and ongoing security maturity improvements.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will conduct internal and external penetration testing activities and produce clear, actionable security assessment reports. You will work closely with internal security teams and stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities, assess risk, support remediation efforts, and provide knowledge transfer where required.QualificationsMust-have:10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a strong focus on penetration testingHands-on experience conducting network, application, and infrastructure security testingStrong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, and secure system designDemonstrated experience producing professional penetration testing and security assessment reportsAbility to work 100% onsite in Regina, SaskatchewanNice-to-have:Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, or CEHExperience working in government or other regulated environmentsAbout the RoleLocation: Onsite – Regina, SaskatchewanDuration: Contract (2 years, with possible extension) / Start date: March 2026 (anticipated)Work hours: 37.5Pay DisclosureThe average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:Junior: 0–5 years of experience in area of expertise — $55–70/hrIntermediate: 6–9 years of experience in area of expertise — $70–90/hrSenior: 10+ years of experience in area of expertise — $90–105/hrCompensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.AI DisclosureWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
