Key Responsibilities
• Initiate outbound calls to attract potential buyers
• Answer inbound calls and emails with product details
• Oversee customer database management
• Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
• Follow up for customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' call center sales experience a plus
• Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, or Gujarati is a must
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to manage 60+ calls daily effectively
