As part of the Subway® Team, you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring top-notch operational excellence. Your role involves training managers, developing staffing plans, and providing leadership to ensure compliance with standards. You will also support marketing initiatives and leverage available reports to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Train shift and assistant managers in operational excellence
• Develop and maintain staffing levels across your units
• Lead and ensure compliance with operating standards
• Champion sales goals using performance reports
• Promote local and national marketing initiatives

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of operational management experience in restaurants
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Basic math and accounting abilities necessary
• Ability to lift 10-30 pounds and work various shifts Utilize your leadership and management skills to enhance Subway® operations and team performance.
