Build and develop senior engagement, AI, and integration engineers Own staffing, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting Review architecture, scope, estimates, and operating costs Set AI quality, evaluation, and risk-control standards Manage delivery health, escalations, and client outcomes Requirements:
10+ years software engineering or technical consulting experience 5+ years managing engineering teams and developing senior engineers Production experience shipping LLM-powered applications Hands-on RAG, agentic workflows, function calling, or MCP experience Daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot Bring engineering leadership, production AI expertise, and client delivery accountability to Thomson Reuters tax technology engagements.
