Online Consumer Panels America conducts In-Home Usage Testing for national and international companies. Independent contractors test assigned products, follow project schedules, and provide user feedback. Projects may include questionnaires, journals, reviews, photographs, recordings, or mobile feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document In-Home Usage Tests according to provided schedules
- Use tested products responsibly and maintain their condition
- Complete unpacking, instructions, journals, feedback, and photographs
- Write project reviews as requested
- Discuss products in private research chat rooms when required
Requirements:
- Follow specific instructions with excellent attention to detail
- Work fifteen to twenty-five hours weekly
- Maintain a consistent project routine
- Have a computer and reliable internet connection
- Be eighteen or older, honest, reliable, and communicative
