Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at WCSI in Winnipeg, MB. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, analyzing drawings, conducting take-offs, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate project pricing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in construction estimating, reading drawings and conducting take-offs
  • Knowledge of concrete repair and restoration techniques
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in estimation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Post-secondary education in Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), Civil Engineering or related field is an asset
