TopKrop Fertilizers Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as Agronomy Sales working around the Lethbridge, AB sales territory. TopKrop Fertilizers is a locally owned and operated organization whose primary focus is on promoting soil and plant health. The position of Agronomy Sales is a remote/outside sales position that will operate in a designated territory within the prairie provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to sales by utilizing leading agronomic knowledge. Knowledge will be used to position our products in a way that is favorable to farmers looking to grow better crops and increase their profitability. TopKrop currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network. A Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent experience in agriculture retail, or a supplier in the fertilizer industry. Passion for innovative products. Self-motivated and results oriented.
