With the skill and professionalism of its employees, Norda Stelois currently seeking a dynamic candidate to fill an Estimator position and join the ranks of a growing team. Our expertise is diversifying, how about you?
Responsibilities:- Estimate for engineering projects of various sizes in the industrial sector;
- Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and contracting for projects of modernization and construction;
- Perform productivity analysis, indexing, and contingencies for estimated;
- Prepare reports and cost estimates for the duration of the project;
- Maintain directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors;
- Make qualitative and quantitative conclusions;
- Develop and maintain the database of costs and pricing.
- University or technical degree in a relevant discipline or any combination of experience and training equivalent;
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in the sector of heavy industry and construction;
- Mastering English Spoken and Written;
- Advanced Knowledge of specialized software;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Good work organization;
- Concerned about the quality of work;
- Professionalism;
- Good ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a context of multiple tasks.
