Enforce BW Gold safety standards, procedures, and safety systems Supervise, guide, and support mobile maintenance technicians Plan inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities Coordinate equipment downtime with the operations team Review work orders, reports, histories, performance, and costs Requirements:
Journeyperson certificate in Mechanical or Welding trade Five-plus years maintaining and repairing mobile equipment Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset Strong technical knowledge of mobile equipment systems Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications Apply mobile maintenance leadership, technical knowledge, and safety oversight to support Blackwater Mine equipment reliability and availability.
