From educational materials to digital campaigns and product visuals, we design everything in-house — and we’re looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to join our growing team.The Role:We’re looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer to support Bushbalm’s creative team in producing on-brand, high-quality visuals across our digital channels. You’ll collaborate closely with the design team, website team, and marketing team to create weekly marketing materials, emails, digital ads, and product imagery for our website.This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to grow their design skills, loves creating polished, engaging visuals, and is excited to work on a wide range of projects — from marketing campaigns to everyday creative needs.Key Responsibilities:Design weekly marketing assets including promotional emails, ads, and social media graphics.Collaborate with the website team to create and update product display page (PDP) images, pop-ups, landing pages, and other web components.Rework and adapt existing design templates for new campaigns and creative variations.Maintain consistency across all design outputs, ensuring visuals align with Bushbalm’s brand guidelines and tone.Organize and manage design assets on our shared drives to keep workflows efficient.Collaborate with the broader creative and marketing team to brainstorm, refine, and execute new campaign ideas.Assist with light print and packaging design as needed for events, partnerships, or retail.Stay current on design and e-commerce trends, especially in the beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industries.Requirements:1+ years of experience as a designer, ideally within an e-commerce or consumer brand environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience working in Canva for quick-turn design tasks.Understanding of email design principles and web design basics (knowledge of Klaviyo or Shopify is a plus).Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.Comfortable balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Open to feedback and collaborative iteration with team members and stakeholders.Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to learn from senior creatives.Must live in Ottawa (or nearby) and be available for in-person collaboration when needed.Bonus Skills:Experience working in-house or at an agency on consumer brands.Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness.Ideally, You Are:A curious and creative thinker who loves solving design challenges.A detail-driven designer who’s eager to grow and refine your craft.A proactive communicator who brings new ideas to the table.Organized, reliable, and ready to manage multiple projects at once.A collaborative team player who values feedback and iteration.What We Offer:A creative, fast-paced environment where your work makes a real impact.Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding skincare brand.Competitive compensation & benefits (including health coverage and lifestyle account).Flexible hours and hybrid work arrangements.Employee discount on all Bushbalm Skincare products.A supportive, passionate team that values creativity and innovation.How to ApplySend us:Your resumeA link to your portfolio (email design, ad work, or web projects preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
