Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to clinical training and treatment plans
• Support Direct Support Specialists with individual care plans
• Encourage client independence and life skill development
• Monitor home equipment and conditions to ensure safety
• Track and document client progress and behaviors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Clear Criminal Record Check
