Join to apply for the Trade Support Analyst II (CPG/Grocery) role at Acosta Group CanadaJoin to apply for the Trade Support Analyst II (CPG/Grocery) role at Acosta Group CanadaGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Trade Support Analyst will process all deductions or promotions in accordance with the Management Guidelines and ensure that client’s expectations are met.ResponsibilitiesManage implementation and maintenance of customer plans within the Client/Acosta proprietary system including volumes, promotions, and programs in accordance with established policies and procedures within specified timelines.Pull monthly reports of all upcoming promotions and take required actions for proper handling and resolutions.Provide reporting to Customer and Client managers as required, including Sales and Spend Review, Forecast Summary, and Actuals to Objectives.Maintain all customer programs and volume forecasts within the Client/Acosta proprietary system.Manage deduction issues for all assigned Clients.Track and coordinate unresolved customer deductions and manage timely resolution.Consistently follow up with Customer manager on resolution, making changes in the system and reporting back to Client.Additional responsibilities as requested by managerQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma/GEDWork Experience1+ years of business experience.Associate degree in Business or related field (preferred)Experience in Customer Service, Sales/Marketing or Accounting/Finance is strongly preferred.Knowledge, Skill and AbilitiesKnowledge of Trade Promotion Management systems (knowledge of MEI/AFS TPM software)Ability to provide in-depth analysis and recommendations based on the information providedAbility to work in a multi-task environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraintsStrong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and other related toolsFamiliar with CPG or food industry and experience with major retailersSeniority levelSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionAnalyst, Finance, and General BusinessIndustriesAdvertising Services, Marketing Services, and RetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Acosta Group Canada by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Trade Support Analyst” roles.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
