We promote leaders at every level and support our people to follow their passion.NIGHT SHIFT: 9:30PM to 08:00AM Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.What you'll do:Create and maintain new and existing driver filesTrack, monitor and support of driver follow up for ongoing training and re-certificationsMonitor and audit ELD for accuracy, completion and certification on a daily basisHOS violation tracking and follow upPreparing all associated documentation required for all audits, including National Safety Code, OHS, Food Safety and EnvironmentalAssist with conducting orientationAssist in conducting road evaluationsAid in the investigation of all accidents/incidentsReview accident file contents for accuracy and documents neededAssure proper accountability is delivered for preventable accidentsField and support driver questions and concernsConduct/support job task observationsMonitor tractor parking area for leaks and hazardsCheck spill kits to ensure they are sealed; record and replace missing items as neededWhat you bring:Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skillsSecondary Education in Transportation, Supply Chain and/or Health and Safety preferred.1-2 years of related work experience (Transport/Supply Chain/Warehouse)Class 1 license an assetComputer literacy.Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve .Ability to travel as requiredFlexibility to adjust schedule where requiredLoblaw is committed to sustainability by sourcing products with integrity and making a positive difference in the community.
