Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a dedicated Small Animal Associate Veterinarian to join a well‑established practice in the Greater Vancouver area. This role blends clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, allowing the veterinarian to actively contribute to patient care while providing guidance on medical and operational decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering compassionate care and promoting a culture of collaboration within the team. This position is suitable for veterinarians with 3–5 years of experience who enjoy managing diverse clinical cases and mentoring colleagues. The role includes approximately 5–10% of time focused on medical leadership duties, giving the opportunity to influence clinical standards while remaining hands‑on in patient care.
