Job Description Our client has an urgent need for a Senior Manager - SAP Finance Lead. Kindly note that seniority and strong experience in SAP within the financial services industry are key for this role. Your key responsibilities Lead and manage SAP projects within the financial services domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and solutions tailored to the financial services industry. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP solutions. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. To for the role you must have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project delivery, with a focus on financial services. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. SAP certification(s) is a plus. At minimum 6+ years of experience working with SAP Finance modules as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required. Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to Treasury and Group Reporting is preferred. Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required. Ideally, you’ll also have Experience with SAP S/4HANA, and statutory and regulatory Financial Services. Experience with integration with 3rd party systems.
