Senior Business Analyst, Power BI (3‑Month Contract) Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada – in‑office 3 to 4 days a week. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst proficient in Power BI to support our finance team on a 3‑month contract. Must Haves Advanced MS Excel Strong experience in Financial Modelling Power BI - Development of Power BI reports Responsibilities Design and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and data‑driven decision making POWER BI based. Identify opportunities to automate, and streamline the reporting, budgeting and other finance functions enhancing both efficiency and accuracy. Collaborates with senior management and clinical management teams to deliver actionable insights on key financial metrics, providing analytical support and data driven strategies to enhance operational and fiscal outcomes. Oversee the key performance indicators (KPIs) monitoring and reporting process on overall organizational performance. Collaborate with senior management to develop business cases and financial models using Power BI Other ad hoc requests as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree or CPA preferred). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, POWER BI ). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with financial and operational software systems.
