Job Title:Solution ArchitectJob ID:80113Location:Winnipeg, ManitobaOverview:Our government client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for several Solution Architect resources for a 24-month contract (an initial 6-month contract with an extension option of an additional 18-month) reference 29954-RFR-DTS-034. The position is preferred to be onsite in Winnipeg, MB but remote will be considered.What you will be doing:The Architect will have experience providing technical leadership to ensure technical integrity and consistency throughout a solution’s life-cycle stages.Document the business drivers, client area processes, and how those processes contribute to the achievement of the area’s business goalsAnalyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to propose potential solutions both technical and non-technicalLead the translation of business requirements into high-level design specificationsDesign and document cost effective, innovative and operationally supportable solutionsDocument the structure, connections, and relationships of business processes, organizational work groups, data, applications, user interfaces, applications interfaces, infrastructure, and network topologyDesign solutions that recognize and adapt to the business, technical, and financial constraintsDevelop solutions that recognize IT operational limitations and opportunitiesDocument the effort, risk, costs, and complexity of potential solutionsResearch and write discussion documents on such topics as emerging technologies, vendors, functionality and reliability of products, and service offeringsReview proposed solution architectures and ensure they align with overall enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, designs, and strategiesEnsure solution architectures meet business objectives for availability, reliability, performance, scalability, maintainability, manageability, and securityWhat you must have:Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in technical Information Technology roles within complex enterprise environments.Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing solution architectures on projects across n-tiered platforms .Expert knowledge of Information Architecture principles and techniques, data management, data integration and data quality platforms and tools.Expert knowledge and experience in Dynamics CRM and Platforms.Expert knowledge in at least one enterprise ETL toolExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and /or experience with Salesforce Service Cloud CRM Platforms.Experience with Low Code platforms associated with above CRM solutions.Minimum of three (3) years of experience working architecting solutions involving complex integration scenarios (multi-platform, competing technologies, SaaS and PaaS, Software as a Service).Experience working with Cloud technologies.Knowledge of Azure Architecture (NSG, Firewall, Monitoring, Subscriptions, Key Vault, Security Controls, Authentication).Knowledge of process re-engineering principles, requirements gathering, and middleware managementAbility to translate complex technical concepts into simple non-technical terms for various audiencesAbility to adapt to change in dynamically evolving situationsAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent customer service skills and communication skillsExcellent problem solving skillsIt is preferred that the Resource has the following qualifications or experience:Experience with enterprise Content Management platformsExperience with Portal technology; in particular self-serve capabilitiesKnowledge of Enterprise Business Intelligence including platforms such as Power BIFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website atwww.teemagroup.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
