The Project Manager is primarily responsible for:Leading renovation and development projects from initiation to completion.Acting as a primary liaison between ownership, operations, design consultants, contractors, third party project management companies and internal teams during the project lifecycle.Developing and managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.Establishing and maintaining contractor and vendor relationships.Preparing Project scopes, RFBs, and sourcing the right trades to quote on each project.Reviewing and assessing bids/quotes and negotiating the best pricing for each project.Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and brand teams to develop and review design concepts.Conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and resolving project issues.Supporting hotel maintenance and management teams to complete capital and small-scale renovation projects.In addition to the core job responsibilities, the Project Manager will illustrate the ability and passion to:Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team membersBe an engaging team member who is highly inclusive, inspiring, and able to relate to all levelsParticipate in a fun and supportive working environment where team members aspire to do what is right and are given the empowerment to executeWhat You Bring to the TableMinimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience within hospitality, real estate or construction industries.Bachelor’s degree or certificate in architecture, engineering, construction management, project management or a related field.Ability to understand and execute engineering/construction plans/specifications, methods, and procedures.Experience in design coordination and construction oversight...Design flair is an asset.Strong knowledge of building systems, design standards, construction methodologies, and project delivery methods.Strong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet), Drawing/Design tools and design review platforms.Let’s Build Something ExceptionalIf you’re passionate about people and driven to create exceptional experiences, we want to meet you.
