Are you a go-getter, a problem-solver, and a badass recruiter? We need an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 5+ years of experience to support hiring projects across the North American market. The role is purely recruitment; new business development is not required. The setup is 100% remote, and you must be able to work across the EST and PST time zones. Responsibilities • Resume screening and interviews (entry to mid-level roles)• ATS-related administrative tasks • Joining client meetings when required Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter in a high-volume environment • Fast, accurate, and independent working style • Strong communication skills and confidence in interviewing top-tier candidates • Energetic, positive personality and ability to be decisive when needed Nice to Have • Experience in Luxury Retail recruitment or work in the luxury retail sector What’s in it for You: - $10-20 (USD) / hour, weekly 40 hours - Long term job - Growth potential - Fun environment and team If this fits your background, please apply with a brief summary of your experience.
