To learn more, visit www.pagnotta.ca.We are currently seeking Tower Crane Riggers for our Regina, SK location.BenefitsCompetitive wagesEmployer-paid health, dental and vision benefits for you and your familyLife insuranceTravel insuranceRRSP matching up to 4% of regular earningsYear-round, full-time workOpportunities for advancement - wage increases and promotions are regularly extended to those who take initiative, work hard, and take pride in producing quality workEmployer paid trainingApprenticeship sponsorshipResponsibilities/DutiesFollow safe work procedures to assist the tower crane operator with lifting, lowering, or moving materials and loadsUnderstand lifting and load bearing capacities of the tower craneSecuring loads with suitable lifting equipmentCommunicate with operator via two-way radio and/or hand signalsSignal and direct trucks on site for loading and offloadingInspecting rigging equipmentRig in decks and fly tablesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesFluent in English is a mustAuthorization to work in CanadaGood visionAbility to work independently or as part of a teamKnowledge of hand signals and radiosExcellent communication in English requiredGood math skillsSafe work ethicWorking ConditionsWorking at heightsWork weeks are typically 6 days per week Monday to Saturday (10-12 hours per day)7:00 am start but can vary from site to siteTwo paid 15 minutes breaks and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per dayExposure to cold/hot weather. Appropriate dress required for weather conditionsExposure to hazards such as heights, power tools, slips, falls, falling objects, sharp hand toolsAbility to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of timeManual dexterityAbility to lift up to 50 lbsEducational RequirementsWHMIS 2015 (can provide)CSTS (can provide)Fall Protection ticketRigging CoursePowered by JazzHR #J-18808-Ljbffr
