Full-Time Store Manager in Training – Opportunity to Build Your Career Dulux, a division of The Pittsburgh Paints Company, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager in Training. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will inspire others to achieve results and lead your own store, ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence. Location: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Store Shift Hours: Monday – Friday: 7 AM – 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM – 4 PM Sunday: 10 AM – 4 PM Salary: CA$105,000 – CA$120,000 per year Responsibilities Opening and closing the store. Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution. Maintaining high customer service standards for yourself and your team. Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership. Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members. Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards. Qualifications 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment. Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred. Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours per week. Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
