If you are ready to accelerate your career and make a lasting impact, this is where your journey begins.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support complex security solutions for cloud and infrastructure for clientsLead and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, data protection, and endpoint securityDeploy and manage Microsoft security technologies including but not limited to:Microsoft Purview for data governance and complianceMicrosoft Sentinel and MXDR for threat detection and response, SentinelMicrosoft Defender stack (Endpoint, Server, Cloud) for comprehensive protectionMicrosoft Entra ID, IAM, internal and external Identity, Active Directory, GPOMicrosoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), endpoint protection policy, mobile application policy (MAM), endpoint hardening best practicesBuild and optimize security architecture across hybrid environmentsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide technical guidance and documentation to clients and internal teamsStay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvementAttend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvementAssist in building Security offerings and go to market plansWork collaboratively with peers and other technology teams on responding to RFPs or client business development needsSkills and ExperiencePossess a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consultingHands‑on experience with Microsoft Security stack, Azure, Entra ID, Sentinel and Microsoft 365 security toolsStrong understanding of data security (Microsoft Purview), compliance, and governance frameworksExperience with build security and deployment automationFamiliarity with endpoint protection, server hardening, and cloud security best practicesExcellent communication and client‑facing skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., DP-900, SC-200, SC-400, CISSP, CCSP) are an assetWillingness to work occasional evenings or weekendsFrench is an assetMY REWARDS @ MNPWith a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
