Collaborate with clinicians, statisticians, and clinical scientists to author protocols and drive document strategies. Independently organize, analyze, and interpret scientific, clinical, and statistical data to prepare key clinical documents. Suggest improvements to document processes or templates to enhance quality and efficiency. Review the work of others in Sub Business Unit/Sub Operating Unit. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) BA/BS with strong experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with some experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply guidelines to document writing, with a comprehensive understanding of the drug development process and regulatory knowledge Excellent project management skills to organize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience with software commonly used to present and analyze data, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Advanced degree in a relevant field Experience in a leadership role within medical writing or a related field Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and requirements Ability to mentor and develop junior team members Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Work Location Assignment: Remote - Field Based Purpose Breakthroughs that change patients' lives.
