Your job Actively participate in disclosure activities on the quality of the Personal and Commercial portfolio through the development of risk indicators and the recurrent production of information both internally and externally Perform complex analyses to identify portfolio concentration and underperformance risks that may represent a risk of losses for the Bank Lead special projects related to regulatory data requests (OSFI, BoC, FCAC, AMF) and business development initiatives impacting the credit quality of loan portfolios Make recommendations to increase the quality and efficiency of the production of information and risk analyses Respond to a variety of ad hoc requests by providing information relevant to decision‑making or to meet regulatory requirements Collaborate with our internal partners on outreach activities and special projects. Your team The Vice‑President, Credit and Climate Risk Analytics, is made up of more than 80 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. Within the Credit Risk Analytics sector, you are part of a large team and report to the Senior Director of Analytics. Our team stands out for its dynamism and expertise in quantitative and portfolio analysis to guide business decisions and manage credit losses. In our Vice‑Presidency, we work alongside colleagues working in credit risk modeling, stress testing, quantification of the IFRS9 provision for loan losses, quality assurance of credit decisions and governance of credit portfolio granting and management processes. Prerequisite Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in analytics, data science, mathematics, quantitative finance, actuarial science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within credit risk. Ability to perform complex credit risk analyses on portfolio quality and performance. Experience handling large datasets and extracting meaningful insights to support decision‑making. Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Power BI, and advanced Excel. Strong synthesis skills, analytical mindset, rigor, and intellectual curiosity. Excellent communication skills to present findings to various business stakeholders. Languages: Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
