OverviewThe Bilingual Investment Services Analyst will be a key contributor to the Investment Solutions team and will contribute to the growth of the Worldsource Dealers by using data, analytics and research in order to help all of the wealth management entities understand industry trends, product developments and consumer behavior to manage and create existing and new programs. The incumbent will act in the best interests of the firm and meet corporate, departmental and advisor business objectives.ResponsibilitiesConducting Product Due Diligence (including the issuance of new security issues) and analysis in order to help the Dealers meet their Know Your Product Requirement;Supporting the creation and maintenance of a robust product shelf of mutual funds, GICs, principal protected notes, alternative and exempt market products;Using data and research learnings to become a thought leader within the organization in order to keep internal stakeholders informed of the direction of the market place and to provide education to both internal and external stakeholders;Annual review of competitive programs, including pricing, margin expansion and product features, for management approval;Making strategic recommendations and suggestions for the governance and evolution of the Dealer’s product catalogue; andServe as product subject matter expert and assist internal and external stakeholder with all product-related questions.QualificationsPost-secondary education.3-5 years of experience in the asset or wealth management industry, ideally in a product related role.Completion of CSC, CIM and/or enrollment in the CFA program.Bilingual French required - Advanced communication skills (read, written and verbal) in English/French.Familiarity with broker dealer operations and systems (Dataphile) is an asset.Strong communication, presentation and listening skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel) and advanced analytical skills.Dedicated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.CompensationCommensurate with experienceIf you are interested in applying for this position, please forward a cover letter and resume in confidence to careers@worldsourcewealth.com.Worldsource is committed to accessibility in employment and to ensuring equal access to employment opportunities for candidates, including persons with disabilities.
