Customer Experience Associate – TD Securities Location: Brandon, Manitoba, Canada Hours: 15 Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking Pay: $22.00 - $27.21 CAD Job Description At TD Bank, we are committed to delivering deep, lasting relationships with our customers by providing accurate, friendly service and relevant banking solutions. In this role you will Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Identify and understand customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and, when necessary, escalating non‑standard activities. Achieve assigned business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely. Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly about products and services. Support a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by fostering teamwork and sharing status updates on routine activities. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where appropriate to drive excellence. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use. Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities. Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact calmly and courteously with diverse customers.
