Job OverviewAtomic Cartoons is seeking a CG Lighting/Compositing Artist for exciting new CG projects in our Vancouver studio.ResponsibilitiesWork shot by shot or in sequences to achieve the creative lighting goals of the director with support from the Lighting Supervisor.Collaborate closely with FX, Animation and other production team members.Meet production deadlines as assigned by production management.Keep up-to-date with new techniques, tools and software relevant to lighting and compositing.QualificationsExperience using Katana and Nuke.Understanding of Maya.Strong communication of creative and technical ideas.Excellent visual skills and attention to detail.Prior studio experience as a CG Lighting and Compositing Artist is an asset.Experience with Renderman and Flow for production tracking, submitting and publishing is an asset.Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.Resided in British Columbia as of December 31, 2024 and can provide supporting documents.Start Date & LocationAs soon as possible and January 2026.
