Responsibilities Provide subject‑matter expertise in strategic execution planning, leveraging best practices, frameworks, and methodologies to guide senior management and cross‑functional teams through prioritisation and the enterprise strategic execution planning process. Direct the formulation of multi‑year, integrated strategic execution roadmaps as well as annual execution plans, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends. Update and maintain these roadmaps and work with the team to ensure transparency into risks, issues, dependencies and interdependencies. Monitor progress of the execution plan and develop reporting systems; support senior leaders to recalibrate their investments on a quarterly basis. Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand what strategic initiatives other similar organisations are embarking on to accelerate growth, profitability, strengthen capabilities and mitigate risk. Work in partnership with the strategy team to ensure a regular cadence of quality strategic execution updates and reports. Key Skills & Experience 6‑9 years of experience in financial services or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field; an MBA is an asset. Exceptional strategic execution planning, critical‑thinking, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Expert facilitation, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge and influence for elevated outcomes. Strong ability to convey complex ideas and data in a way that drives alignment and informed decision‑making. Proven track record of leading strategic execution planning, preferably at the enterprise level. Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, including building business and technology capabilities. Additional Information Occasional travel may be required.
