Your expertise will address customer challenges, propose effective solutions, and build strong relationships with customers. You will serve as a bridge between customers and our services, ensuring clear and effective communication. Your responsibilities include managing cloud platforms and infrastructure, implementing automation, optimizing logging and monitoring, and enhancing confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services. The objective is to deliver a smooth and efficient service experience and ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.Key responsibilitiesAnalyze client operations and business processes to document and propose efficiencies.Document “as is” and “to be” processes and describe changes required to migrate to the “to be” capability; capture change requirements accurately.Propose solutions to solve problems, improve performance, and reduce costs for customers.Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet customer needs.Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.Design the system architecture, size the systems, help Sales estimate costs, and implement the solution from Blueprint, Configuration, Testing and Training through post‑implementation support.Provide On‑Call support and fault diagnosis, isolation and correction for complex challenges to limit, address and resolve issues promptly.During service interactions, identify opportunities to address additional customer needs with other products or services offered by the organization.Provide a high degree of technical competency and knowledge to the project in accordance with KBC standards and best practices.Complete implementation work/tasks for the project as assigned.Collaborate with the implementation, support and project consultant team in an onshore/offshore model.Raise issues to Team Lead as appropriate to address quality/scope/schedule.Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve the quality of applications/portal software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users’ needs.Identify requests for KBC SME interactions.Maintain and renew deep knowledge of the organization’s policies, procedures and relevant regulatory codes, ensuring own work adheres to required standards.Responsibilities, Innovation and Project ManagementDevelop complex innovations of critical products or services, run pilots and tests, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders and external partners.Project Management: manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues.Project Planning: produce workstream or project plans with activities organized to deliver objectives within the project management framework.Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution: execute and deliver elements of the digital roadmap, leveraging agile and design-thinking principles.Databases Installation: install and test complex databases and associated products to meet customer requirements.Analysis of “As Is” and “To Be”: document processes and describe changes for migration.Work Scheduling and Allocation: develop short- or medium-term work schedules and maintain project hours and resources as needed.Operational Compliance: maintain knowledge of policies/procedures and codes of conduct and ensure standards are met.Digital Vision and Strategy: support strategy formulation for digital initiatives to improve responsiveness to customer needs.Digital Talent Development: develop training content for digital programs and contribute customized training as requested.Performance Management: develop and pursue personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve performance.Organizational Capability Building: provide training or coaching to others in digital expertise to enhance performance.Position RequirementsBehavioral CompetenciesDrives Results – consistently achieves results under challenging circumstances, sets high standards, and pursues initiatives to completion.Business Insight – understands business drivers and market changes to shape decisions.Cultivates Innovation – motivates and supports new ideas, encouraging diverse perspectives.Manages Complexity – analyzes complex information to identify root causes and solutions.Collaborates – builds partnerships and works collaboratively to achieve goals.J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr
