Description

Under the supervision of the Head of Regulatory Operations and in collaboration with his/her team, the Regulatory Affairs student will be responsible for clerical tasks in the department to support his/her team.

  • Data manipulation in Excel and verification of information
  • Filing, sorting files, opening files
  • Assisting employees with various clerical tasks
  • Updating electronic files

Skills, knowledge & abilities :

  • Attention to detail and excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Interest in filing and document management
  • Ability to work within a regulated framework/compliance with established standards
  • Ability to work with multiple employees
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and from multiple people
QualificationsEducationRequired

Diploma of College Studies or better.

Preferred

Bachelor or better.

ExperienceRequired1 year:

1 year: Previous office work or clerical work experience
