CPP Clinics, part of Cosmetic Physician Partners, LLC, is hiring an IT Support Technician III in Montréal to serve as the senior escalation point for our clinics across the United States. You will manage escalated tickets in Zendesk, handle Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tasks, and advance infrastructure and security work toward our Senior IT Engineer.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 12:00–20:00 ET. The role emphasizes hands-on support, cross-site collaboration, and continuous improvement of clinic IT
