Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high‑performing and motivated workplace. Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping the team achieve its full potential.
