You value being part of a close-knit team and appreciate the career progression, technical depth, and inclusive culture that WSP offers.Your ImpactLead project-focused teams delivering contaminated sites solutions across BCBuild and maintain strong client relationships across sectorsConduct investigations and remediation on complex sites, including multi-disciplinary construction projectsManage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource coordinationOversee proposal development and high-quality deliverables for site assessments, remediation planning, and monitoringInterpret market trends and steward opportunities into successful proposalsMentor and coach team members in technical and career developmentChampion health and safety across all project phasesCollaborate across disciplines to support integrated project deliveryContribute to other duties as neededThe Skills That Set You ApartBachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline with environmental focus)10–15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with emphasis on contaminated sites, brownfields redevelopment, and/or mine closureProfessional engineering designation in BC, or eligibility/in-progress statusCSAP designation in BC is highly desiredExperience in contaminant hydrogeology is an assetProven project management skills including budgeting and schedulingExtensive field experience and strong health and safety leadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDeep understanding of BC environmental legislation and remediation methodsEnthusiastic, collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing knowledgeCompensationSalary range (in British Columbia): $108,200 to $132,200The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
