TJX Canada is seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to support brand and value strategy through compelling displays and organized execution. The coordinator guides tasks, shares updates, and trains Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service. The role requires retail or service experience, communication, and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance store brand and value strategy through merchandise displays
- Train Associates in merchandise presentation and customer service
- Maintain high standards across store operations
- Guide tasks while encouraging collaboration and improvement
- Coordinate visual merchandising, back room, and processing activities
Requirements:
- One to two years of relevant retail or service experience
- Strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes
- Collaborative approach fostering positive working relationships
- Efficient task management in changing circumstances
- Clear communication and effective prioritization abilities
