Base pay range CA$55.00/hr - CA$55.00/hr Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) Location: Toronto, ON (3x onsite a week) Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Lead 2–3 end-to-end project lifecycles as a Pega Lead System Architect. Design applications from scratch, including situational layer cake, enterprise class structure, and organization structure mapping. Implement data modeling best practices. Work on Pega APIs, Integration, JavaScript API, Listeners, and Email Channel. Apply knowledge of object-oriented concepts, SSO, Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC. Conduct requirement gathering and design thinking sessions with strong leadership and communication skills. Lead development teams technically, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices. Responsible for design, implementation, and delivery of user stories as per Pega standards. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality guidelines. Provide thought leadership and collaborate across business and technical dimensions to solve complex enterprise requirements. Demonstrate forward-thinking on business needs and technology alignment. Integrate new teams into the Pega framework, emphasizing reuse and scalability. Manage diverse stakeholders and build trust relationships with senior technical and business teams. Develop deep knowledge of Pega Platform capabilities and champion their use for speed and efficiency. Collaborate with architecture teams to maintain standards and architectural vision. Establish workflow and case management best practices within the Pega framework. Implement and monitor internal controls and governance for case management workflows. Promote adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices. Govern the Pega support model and recommend improvements for infrastructure environments. Ensure usage of Agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks. Key Attributes Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to drive innovation and architect scalable solutions.
