Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support and initial triage for clients
• Guide reception with client communication and queries
• Prepare and manage medications for veterinary use
• Assist in coordinating ashes collections and patient checks
• Efficiently manage the waiting room and client services
Requirements:
• RVN qualification with experience in client care
• Strong communication skills with clients and staff
• Excellent organization and time management ability
• Compassionate and proactive approach to pet healthcare
