As Project Manager – Renewable Energy, you’ll play a pivotal part in developing, interconnecting and implementing wind, solar and BESS projects, particularly in Québec and the rest of Canada. Manage successful delivery of transmission, distribution, storage and renewable engineering projects Collaborate with independent power producers (IPPs), generation developers, power utilities and regulatory bodies to build strong technical solutions and foster long-term relationships Manage delivery of FEED studies, focusing on value engineering, cost optimization and meeting technical performance project objectives Manage delivery of detailed engineering projects Offer technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams Support responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), bringing creative ideas and strategic approaches to project development Help ensure projects meet key performance indicators, including cost, schedule, quality and client satisfaction Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients and permitting bodies Assist with other useful duties, as required Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Entrepreneurial spirit Results-driven Thirst to learn and excel Caring mindset that puts people first Desire to be in the thick of the action Rigorous and ethical Summary of certifications and job requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, power disciplines or suitably demonstrated experience working in the power sector Project engineering or project management experience in the power or infrastructure industries Over 10 years of experience in the power and infrastructure sectors, renewables, energy consulting or related engineering projects Strong analytical skills and problem-solving Effective communication, people and relationship-building skills Familiarity with regulatory requirements, codes, standards and best practices relevant to renewables projects Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting Willingness to travel domestically, as needed Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally.
