About the Role: Reporting to a Senior Financial Analyst, this position plays a key role in supporting month‑end reporting, budgeting cycles, revenue analysis, and operational decision‑making. The role is approximately 50% accounting and 50% financial analysis, offering a balanced mix of technical reporting work and forward‑looking insights. What You’ll Do: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/price‑volume analytics to support business planning. Analyze sales trends, pricing updates, commodity impacts, and margin drivers. Prepare operational and executive‑level reporting packages. Partner with cross‑functional teams across operations, commercial, and finance to ensure accurate financial data and actionable insights. Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements as the business scales. What You Bring: CPA designation (or final stages) strongly preferred. 3–6 years of experience in form or industry. Strong technical accounting foundation with exposure to financial reporting. Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or revenue/margin analysis. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to raise issues early and collaborate effectively. A proactive, growth‑oriented approach — someone who takes ownership and wants to learn.
