More information is available at www.bgis.com.Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst is responsible for creating and preparing financial and business models and reports to identify and develop value-creation opportunities in project delivery, assisting decision-makers in making informed business decisions.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather project, building, and strategic data to prepare Business Case submissions for construction and repair projects exceeding $250,000, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.Work with project managers to integrate technical details and costs into the Business Case, considering strategic and financial analysis perspectives.Ensure alignment of cost-benefit analyses with strategic real estate programs and plans.Develop financial models using techniques such as NPV and financial forecasting to assess project viability.Assist in reviewing and developing business needs, asset conditions, project scope, risks, policies, and schedules for each Business Case.Other duties as assigned.Data Collection and AnalysisCompile and analyze data from various sources using business intelligence tools and systems.Maintain and analyze extensive real estate portfolio data for reporting and benchmarking.ReportingPrepare performance and scorecard reports to support business decisions.Develop dashboards using Power BI to visualize data insights.Create and share key process metrics with internal stakeholders.TrainingTrain team members on business and project management tools and processes.QualificationsBilingual in French and English with excellent writing skills.Strong understanding of building construction and financial analysis.Minimum 4 years relevant experience with a degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, CMA).Proficient in relational databases, MS Office, Power BI, with advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.Licenses and CertificationsRelevant credentials are an asset.We value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Research, Analysis, ITIndustry: Facilities ServicesThis job posting is active and not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
