What we're looking for

  • Design daily creative for ads (static, motion, and animated), email campaigns, and website updates.
  • Turn one visual campaign idea into consistent assets across every channel and format.
  • Create holiday and seasonal campaign assets, plus packaging and print design as needs arise.
  • Develop illustrations and supporting materials for the brand’s retail expansion.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and the Creative Director to bring their strategy to life, taking direction well and adding your own ideas.
  • Use AI to refine existing images and automate repetitive work, never to generate images from scratch.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showing a mix of work, with real strength in email, ads, and website design.
  • Experience in DTC ecommerce, or a clear understanding of how performance creative works.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator, plus experience designing for Meta ads.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, and curiosity about new ones.
  • Strong initiative, balanced with the ability to follow direction and incorporate feedback.
  • Excellent communication and organization, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building emails in Klaviyo.
  • Experience using AI tools to help update pages on Shopify.
  • Paid Time Off.
