By providing predictive, decision-ready insights driven by the world’s most accurate data, NDT Global enables the conditions for asset owners to optimize infrastructure health and drive operational efficiencies while reducing risk and minimizing their carbon footprint.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company's tax strategy for both Canadian and USA operations and rest of world.Provide strategic tax planning to optimize the company's effective global tax rate.Identify and assess tax risks and opportunities in both jurisdictions.Support M&A and corporate structuring activities from a tax perspectiveOversee timely and accurate preparation and filing of Canadian and USA corporate income tax returns, GST/HST, sales tax, and other indirect taxes.Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial/state, and local tax regulations.Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to manage all tax filings and auditsLead preparation of quarterly and annual income tax provisions under IFRS/GAAP.Ensure accurate tax reporting and disclosures in financial statementsLiaise with external auditors on tax-related matters during financial auditsManage transfer pricing policies and documentation globally.Lead and mentor staff and collaborate with broader finance and legal teams.
